1. Are The Clothes Custom Made?

Social Latch & Co. hand picks our online collection. We thoughtfully select each item, focusing on trend, accessibility and affordability. We work with various fashion partners to bring our collection to life. We do not custom make our collection (yet). As we continue to grow, we would love to custom design and create our own collection line. #BoldGoals. 

2. What Does Social Latch & Co. Do Exactly?

We find chic nursing friendly clothes so you don't have to. Our goal is to make life easier for breastfeeding moms by offering a one-stop-shop. We work with fashion suppliers to find quality and trendy product, making it readily available to you. We try, test and ensure each item is breastfeeding mom approved. We do the work so you don't have to!

3. Who Ships My Order and How Long Does Shipping Take?

Your order is processed via Social Latch & Co. and shipped via our fashion partners from China. We provide standard free shipping which is typically between 15-25 business days. However, during COVID-19 there have been delays between 25-40 business days. If you have questions regarding this, please email

4. What Does My Package Look Like?

Our packaging is fairly simple as we ship direct from our fashion partners. What does that mean? No tags, no branding. 

5. Do My Packages Ship Out Together (If I Have Multiple Orders)?

No. As we work with multiple fashion partners, you can expect to receive multiple packages.

7. How Often Do You Update The Collection?

Our collection is updated twice a year: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. We send out email updates regarding our collection. We also share updates through our social media channels. 

8. Can I Get a Refund?

We have a standard 30 day refund policy with some exceptions. For a refund, customers are required to return the item (unworn) for inspection for a full refund. For all the details, please visit our refund policy page.
